You know the school year won’t be typical when…
- You have a Statistics class twice and don’t even touch a single math problem yet.
- All your teachers seem friendly.
- The papers don’t look like they’ll occupy every single waking moment of your life when it’s time to do them.
- You only have 6 class periods during the week because you have two online courses, one which started last week and the other which starts this week.
- You have to tape weekly programs for one course on Canal Savoir.
- You make your “Hi!” post to the class in the other online course (Psych. of Education) and use the 
smiley 3 times in the post. They must think I’m nuts.
- You go to the bookstore and leave 2 minutes later because the debit/credit card system is down. 
- You have Friday’s off.
- Aside from reading and that, you rarely have homework during the week.
…This should be a fun (but PRODUCTIVE… have to say that… 
semester.
Oh, and Chrys had her birthday thingy last night. It was supposed to be last week, but she was sick and got carted back to Lennoxville. Ew. So anyways, we went for supper at a Chinese place (you try eat rice with chopsticks… I ended up using the soup ladel. ) and then out to Carlos and Pepe’s. It’s a Mexican bar pretty much - well, Mexican ambiance, anyways. 
Not many people showed up sadly, but those who did had fun.
Strangest point of the night: Chrys and I singing Elvis Crespo’s “Suavamente”. Riiiiiiiight.
