Not exactly a *big* house show by any means...
Two-out-of-three-Falls
Match:
Mini
Mosco De La Merced, Mini Psicosis and Pierrothito beat Pikachu,
Octagoncito
and La Parkita 2 falls to 1:
x
Parkita beat Pierrothito via the Frankensteiner in 0:07:57
x
Mini Psicosis beat Octagoncito via the Flying Legdrop in 0:25:33
x
Merced beat Octagoncito via a belly-to-back suplex in 0:27:58
Rating:
* 1/2
Boy, was Octagoncito upset.
He just didn't seem to have that fighting
edge tonight, as he dropped
both of the rudo falls. The rudo team was
working like a cohesive
unit, but Octagoncito just didn't seem like he
was all there. Obviously,
he's still upset after what Tzuki did on
TV, winning the Mexican
National Minis Title in what was considered a
farce.

Match:
Steve
Corino, Angel Mortal and Heavy Dracula beat Discovery, Ludxor
and
Latin Lover 2 falls to 1:
x
L. Lover beat A. Mortal via a crucifix in 0:04:43
x
Corino beat Ludxor via the Dragon Suplex in 0:11:47
x
Corino beat Ludxor via a power bomb in 0:19:23
Rating:
1/2*
Get this man on TV!
Corino was sharp again, looking pretty good. He
gets both rudo falls, and
managed to get some good heel heat. The
rest of the rudo team, sadly,
mailed it in. Tecnicos looked fine, but
didn't have much of a chance.
Los
Vipers (Mosco De La Merced, Psicosis, Histeria and Maniaco)
defeated
Coco Amarillo, Coco Azul, Coco Negro and Coco Rojo when
Psicosis
pinned Amarillo after hitting him with a foreign object in
0:15:03.
Rating:
1/2*
(Los
Vipers (Mosco De La Merced, Psicosis, Histeria and Maniaco)
retained
the Mexican National Atomicos Tag Team Titles.)
Before the match, Los Payasos
informed the crowd that they did not
renew their contracts with
AAA, and will be leaving the federation
shortly. Didn't that
kind of give away tonight's result? Mostly a
Viper squash, although Los
Payasos managed to get a couple of near
falls in. Psicosis
smacked Amarillo upside the head with a baseball
bat, to give Los Vipers
the win.
Two-out-of-three-Falls
Match:
Tradicion
(El Cobarde and El Texano) beat Brazo De Oro and Heavy Metal
2
falls to 1:
x
Oro beat Cobarde via the Frankensteiner in 0:14:38
x
Cobarde beat Oro via a legdrop in 0:18:25
x
Texano beat Oro via the Magistral Cradle in 0:23:47
Rating:
* 1/4
(Sangre
Chicana no-showed.)
Chicana wasn't there, so
Texano took his place. At least Tradicion
didn't cheat to get the
win this time. Surprisingly good match, with
Tradicion storming back
from being one fall down to take the match.
Oro took down Cobarde with
a clothesline, but was caught off guard by
a Magistral by Texano for
the win.
[Lightning
Match]:
Charly
Manson and Abismo Negro battled to a draw in 0:10:00.
Rating:
** 1/2
Despite legal threats from
EMLL, AAA went right ahead and made the
Manson/Negro match into
a Lightning Match. Very good match, with
Manson and Negro getting
several near falls. Manson hit his Bullet
Dropkick, but the bell rang
at the end. After the match, Abismo
offered a handshake to Manson...
and connected with el faul! Figures.
Two-out-of-three-Falls
Match:
Gran
Apache and Kickboxer beat Brazo Cibernetico and Negro Casas 2
falls
to 1:
x
Kickboxer beat N. Casas via the Superkick in 0:05:16
x
B. Cibernetico beat Apache via the Flying Splash in 0:08:26
x
Kickboxer beat N. Casas via the Superkick in 0:14:11
Rating:
** 1/4
Surprisingly short main event.
Still a good match, with Brazo Ciber
and Casas working together
to knock Apache down. Even though Brazo
Ciber managed to get some
revenge with a Flying Splash on Apache for a
fall, it wasn't nearly enough.
Casas almost got his head knocked off
with 3 Superkicks (2 during
the match, one after the match), and the
rudos got the win.
Casas was helped to the back afterwards.
Notes:
- Los Payasos have given
notice to AAA.
- La Parka Jr. has also
given notice to AAA.
- It is expected that El
Mosco and Super Crazzy will be at the AAA TV
Tapings this week in some
capacity.
- AAA will have some surprising
security measures in place for the TV
Tapings.
- The Mexican National Minis
Title situation may be resolved at the TV
Tapings.
