Hey, a pretty good dark match, for a change.  Most of the participants
were on their game tonight.  Tecnicos won the first fall, but the
rudos stormed back and rallied to take the win.

Welcome to AAA TV!  We have a lot of stuff happening at the arena
already.  First off, the AAA Executive Committee has decided to
reinstate the "Titles-Can-Change-Hands-on-a-DQ-or-Countout" rule.
Secondly, Shiiba and Avispa vs. Aguila and Mr. Niebla for the Mexican
National Tag Team Titles will happen at Triplemania.  There's a lot
more news still to come, but for now, let's head to the ring!

MATCH #1: Pikachu vs. Mini Mosco De La Merced - LIGHTNING MATCH

The only bad thing about Pikachu is that he runs out to the ring like
the Warrior.  At least he sold the kicks that Mini Mosco hit him with
as soon as Pikachu climbed into the ring.  Mini Mosco started off
slowly, hitting some armdrag takedowns and clotheslines, before he got
caught with flying headscissors by Pikachu!  Pikachu went for a
vertical suplex, but Mini Mosco wasn't ready for that yet, and rolled
up Pikachu... for two!  Pikachu rebounded with a bulldog, and Mini
Mosco went to the outside to rest.  Pikachu played to the crowd, and
paid for it, as Mini Mosco clobbered him from behind.  Mini Mosco kept
Pikachu grounded with some submission moves, then hit a moonsault
bodyblock... but Pikachu kicked out!  Then, Tropicasas accidentally
took a boot to the shin from Mini Mosco, so he did what any other rudo
would (should) do in a situation like this.  He locked on a leglock
while Pikachu was holding on to the ropes!  Pikachu was screaming in
pain for around 20 seconds, until Tropicasas made Mini Mosco break the
hold.  Time was winding down, and Mini Mosco went for the win with a
jack-knife power bomb... AND GOT HIM!  NO!  KICKOUT!  Pikachu kicked
out at the last second!  Spinebuster slam by Mini Mosco... TWO COUNT!
The fans are really into it now!  Mosco sets him up... and hits his
Power Bomb!  He goes for the pin... ANOTHER KICKOUT!  How does Pikachu
do it?  Mini Mosco throws Pikachu out of the ring, and goes for a
flying cross body... MISSES!  Both minis go back into the ring.
Time's almost up.  Mini Mosco whips Pikachu into the corner, runs in,
and runs right into the corner!  Pikachu hopped up!  And he's in
position for... the PIKA-SAULT!  One... two... THREE!  Pikachu takes
it, with... 5 seconds left!

[Lightning Match]:
Pikachu pinned Mini Mosco De La Merced with the Pika-Sault in 0:09:55.

Now that is how you do an opener.  And, with Perro Aguayo and Octagon
taking on Pentagon and Cibernetico later on...

Backstage...

(The Viper locker room.)

Ciber: Now, we know the plan for tonight, right?
Psic: <takes out clipboard> Right.
Abismo: Electro Shock vs. El Cobarde.
Psic: Check.
Ciber: The main event.
Psic: Check.
Ciber: Los Vatos Locos.
Psic: Double check.
Abismo: Triplemania.
Psic: Checked, with a big star next to it.
Maniaco: And, for the Mini Vipers...  Octagoncito.
Psic: Already talked to them about that.  Check.
Ciber: All right... good.

Interesting...

MATCH #2: Ayako Hamada, Alda Moreno, Chaparrita ASARI and Kaori
Nakayama (AAA Debut!) vs. Chikako Shiratori (AAA Debut!), Martha
Villalobos, Miss Janeth and Xochitl Hamada - 2/3 FALL MATCH

Time for the ladies, especially Shiratori and Nakayama, to go at it.
Martha and Alda start, and Martha shows her power advantage early with
some stiff chops to Alda's chest, but Alda comes right back with some
shots of her own.  Alda misses a dropkick, and Martha stomps away for
a while before letting Janeth come in.  Janeth went for a back suplex,
but Alda blocked it, and sent Janeth flying with a dropkick!  After a
hair pull, Alda tags Kaori in.  Kaori goes to kick Janeth, but the
veteran catches her foot... ENZUIGIRI!  Kaori goes in for more, but
Janeth ducks out and tags Martha in.  Poor Kaori got hit with a double
hair pull, but ducked under a lariat and hit Martha with a German
suplex!  Two count!  Kaori then puts Martha into position... WHAT?
She can't piledrive her!  Alda and Ayako run in to explain to Kaori
that piledrivers aren't allowed in Mexico.  Kaori just smiles, says,
"OK", and rocks Martha with a DDT, but Martha sprung right up!  In
comes Janeth, in comes ASARI... Everyone's brawling in the ring, and
while all this goes on, Chikako Shiratori accidentally hit Janeth with
her Uraken while going for Kaori!  Kaori jumps off the top rope...
MOONSAULT!  At least that's allowed!  Tecnicas take the first fall.

Second fall was brief, but at least Xochitl and Ayako, who will face
each other at Triplemania on Friday, went right at it on the floor in
a catfight/kickfight combo.  This distracted Kaori, which left her
prey for a Shiratori flying cross body off the top!  Rudas take fall
two.

Third fall opened up with a rana by Chikako, which only got two.  Same
with her DDT, which got another near fall.  Chikako signals for her
Uraken... goes for it... Kaori ducked and hit a belly-to-belly suplex!
Kaori goes up top... Xochitl tries to push Kaori off the top, but
Ayako knocks Xochitl off the apron with a spinning heel kick...
MOONSAULT!  This one... is... OVER!

Two-out-of-three-Falls Match:
Ayako Hamada, Kaori Nakayama, Alda Moreno and Chaparrita ASARI beat
Miss Janeth, Xochitl Hamada, Chikako Shiratori and Martha Villalobos 2
falls to 1:
x K. Nakayama beat Miss Janeth via the Moonsault in 0:06:13
x Shiratori beat K. Nakayama via a flying cross body press in 0:07:55
x K. Nakayama beat Shiratori via the Moonsault in 0:09:25

And what do we have backstage now?

(In the parking lot, Mini Mosco and Mini Psic are pretty much... er...
beating the crap out of... who is that?  Octagoncito?  Mini Abismo
walks in.)

M. Abismo: Yes!  Yes!  <gives M. Mosco and M. Psic high-fives>  Great
job, gang!  Great!  <goes over to Octacito's body>  How does that
feel, Octagoncito?  Huh?  How does it feel that, in a few days time,
you're going to be publically humiliated in front of all those fans,
huh?  How does it feel, knowing that I'm better on the mat, on the
outside, and in the air?  That I'm superior to you in every way!  Huh?
<walks over, takes a chair, and places Octacito's ankle in it>  YAH!
<stomps on the chair a few times>  Oh, this isn't very fun.  He isn't
even conscious to see this.  Finish the job, guys.  I... CRAP!  Get
out of here!

(Mini Abismo runs off, but Mini Mosco and Mini Psic aren't so lucky,
because Tzuki and Pikachu jumped them!  Finally, officials managed to
break the two teams up, and Tzuki helped a limping Octagoncito to the
back.)

MATCH #3: Aguila, Ludxor and Mr. Niebla vs. Avispa, Shiiba and Steve
Corino (AAA Debut!) - 2/3 FALL MATCH

Corino came out wearing a U-PRO t-shirt... but quickly ripped it up.
The first fall was pretty much a spotfest.  Aguila hit a corkscrew
moonsault onto Corino and Shiiba, Ludxor pulled off a tope suicida,
and Shiiba hit Niebla with a Tornado DDT!  Other than that, a good,
clean fall.  Niebla ran at Shiiba to hit a rana, but Shiiba...  caught
him...  TIGER DRIVER!  Great move there by the rudo, and the rudos
take the first fall!  Second fall was a lot more dramatic, as Ludxor
refused to be pinned by Avispa.  Avispa hit his Flying Splash from the
top rope, but Niebla made the save!  Those two went at it, and Ludxor
got in position to hit the Top Rope Headscissors!  Tecs take fall two!
Third fall saw Ludxor attacked from behind by Shiiba and Corino, and
those two took Ludxor down with an impressive variety of suplexes.
Ludxor rallied, but missed a missile dropkick, which gave Shiiba a
window of opportunity.  He took advantage of it, with the Frog Splash!
One... two... THREE!  Rudos win!

Two-out-of-three-Falls Match:
Steve Corino, Avispa and Shiiba beat Aguila, Mr. Niebla and Ludxor 2
falls to 1:
x Shiiba beat Aguila via a tiger driver in 0:17:13
x Ludxor beat Avispa via the Top Rope Headscissors in 0:28:52
x Shiiba beat Ludxor via the Frog Splash in 0:34:20
Rating: **

Good debut for Corino.

Meanwhile, here comes the masked man to the ring.  He promises to
reveal himself at Triplemania...

Man: <muffled voice>  Well?  Did anyone accept the challenge?

(A fan jumps the guardrail, but is quickly taken down.)

Man: Nobody?  Not Hogan, or Douglas, or Flair?  Not Misawa?  Not even
Muta, Caras, Misterio Jr., Regal, or Norton?  Hell, not even Austin?
Well, this is just great.  Perfect.  Everyone's chicken of me.  I
expected that much.

(Out of nowhere, Negro Casas comes out with a mic.)

Casas: Hey!  You!  I think I know who you are, and I'd love to put you
in your place!  Friday, at Triplemania!  You had an open challenge
laid out - well, I accept!

Man: Oh.  Well then, I wish you luck, Casas.  You're going to need it.

Casas: We'll see about that!

Man: Oh...  One more thing, Casas.

Casas: ...What?

Man: Let's make this... interesting.  First Blood match.  First man to
show crimson loses.  What do you say to that?

Casas: ...I say you just signed your death warrant!

Add yet another match to Triplemania.  Negro Casas vs. ???, in a First
Blood match.  That'll be interesting...

MATCH #4: May Flowers and Picudo (Los Vatos Locos) vs. Histeria and
Maniaco (Los Vipers) - 2/3 FALL MATCH

Well, this was a great technical affair, with some nice skills shown
by both sides.

Wait a second...  Wrong match.

This was a brawl, plain and simple.  A good setup for Triplemania.
Too bad the match itself was flawed in so many ways.  After some chair
tossing, some stomping inside the ring, and a flying cross body off
the top by Histeria, Histeria and Maniaco double teamed Picudo.  They
just started stomping away at him, and then, when Flowers came over to
interfere, he got decked.  Finally, the referee had no choice but to
DQ Los Vipers for excessive violence!  Second fall?  Much of the same,
except from Los Vatos Locos!  Flowers and Picudo were just ruthless,
whipping Maniaco and Histeria into the guardrails like they were rag
dolls!  The referee tried to stop it, but Flowers decked him!  DQ on
Los Vatos Locos for excessive violence AND unsportsmanlike conduct!
Third fall?  Never got off the ground!  Charly Manson and Nygma ran
down right away, and we had ourselves a DQ win for Los Vipers!  Then,
Abismo, Mosco, Psic and Electro Shock all ran down to help out their
partners, and eventually chased Los Vatos Locos off.  Manson was
warning Los Vipers about Triplemania, saying they won't come out of it
alive.  Mosco and Psic just stood there... and gave Los Vatos Locos
the finger!  This one won't be pretty...

Two-out-of-three-Falls Match:
Los Vipers (Histeria and Maniaco) beat Los Vatos Locos (May Flowers
and Picudo) 2 falls to 1:
x Picudo beat Maniaco via disqualification in 0:10:37
x Maniaco beat May Flowers via disqualification in 0:18:04
x Histeria beat Picudo via disqualification in 0:18:58
Rating: 1/2*

Electro Shock stayed in the ring, with Abismo Negro in his corner,
because he was in action next!

MATCH #5: Electro Shock (c) vs. El Cobarde - Mexican National
Middleweight Title Match - ONE FALL

Well, this was as good as you were going to get.  El Cobarde had a
hell of a chance to win the Mexican National Middleweight Title, but
Electro Shock pulled out all the stops.  First, a plancha.  Second, a
hard DDT at the four minute mark, which would have won it, if
Cobarde's foot wasn't on the ropes.  Third, a bodyslam onto a chair on
the outside, which weakened Cobarde.  Still, the crafty veteran
managed to muscle his way back into this one, with a low blow, then a
series of chokeholds, to weaken Shock.  Shock, panicking, went up top,
but Cobarde threw him back down to the mat!  Cobarde picked Shock
up... POWERSLAM!  This one's over!  One... two... ABISMO NAILED EL
COBARDE FROM BEHIND!  DQ!  Remember what was announced today, that
titles can change hands on DQ's or countouts... so El Cobarde's the
new champion!!!

El Cobarde defeated Electro Shock by disqualification in 0:10:30.
Rating: -** 1/4
(El Cobarde won the Mexican National Middleweight Title.)

What the hell was that all about?  Los Vipers knew that the new rule
was in effect...  Hang on.

Abismo: Electro...  You let us down here tonight.

(Cibernetico makes his way down.)

Abismo: You had a perfect opportunity... to beat an old fart within an
inch of his very life... AN INCH!  And what do you do?  You fail,
that's what!  You fail, and you lose the title!  YOU'RE A FAILURE!
Ciber: Abismo!  Calm down.  Now, Electro, I saw what happened here...
and it wasn't your fault.  He was just better than you, that's all.
Stuff like this happens.  I'm confident that you'll bring that title
back to Los Vipers in no time!
Electro: Thanks, Ciber.
Ciber: Come on.  Abismo, shake his hand.
Abismo: Oh, all right...

(Abismo shakes Shock's hand... and kicks him in the groin!  Electro
Shock's rolling around in pain!  Cibernetico picks him up...  NO!  NO!
CIBERBOMB!  CIBERBOMB!  DAMN!  Electro Shock landed right on his head!
Abismo picks up Electro Shock...  Oh, no... OH, NO!  TOMBSTONE!   MY
GOD!  WHAT A TOMBSTONE!   Electro Shock's not moving!  Ciber grabs the
microphone!)

Ciber: Take that, loser!  You're a failure!  A F*CKING  FAILURE!  YOU
HEAR ME!  YOU'RE A NO GOOD, PATHETIC, PIECE OF CRAP!  I pray to God
that you never, EVER, cross our path again!  You're a reject!  I hate
you, Psic hates you, Abismo hates you... WE ALL HATE YOU!  Hey, Perro!
Yeah, I'm talking to you!  You see this? <holds up Shock's body> This
is what's going to happen to you at Triplemania!  Shock had to be used
as an example, but you're even worse than him!  He was a pathetic
weakling!  He has no use in Los Vipers anymore!  And Perro, if this is
what we do to our own kind...  you'd better be DAMN SCARED...  cause
this doesn't even come close to the torture you're going to go through
at Triplemania!  Get the asshole out of here, Abismo!

That...  That was uncalled for.  Los Vipers...  I don't know what to
say.  Electro Shock's out of Los Vipers, and Cibernetico's walking
around the ring, like he's the cock of the walk.  This is just
disgusting...

MAIN EVENT: Perro Aguayo and Octagon vs. Cibernetico and Pentagon -
2/3 FALL MATCH

Perro and Octagon come to the ring, ready, but Ciber grabs the mic.

Ciber: HAH!  You think you'll get to place your hands on me, Perro?
Think again!  I'm not taking part in this match, so there!

(Psicosis walks to the ring.)

Ciber: Psic's taking my place tonight!  Perro...  Don't worry, you'll
get what's coming to you at Triplemania!  And as for you, Octagon...
best of luck at Triplemania, cause you'll need it!

(Cibernetico walks out of the ring, laughing.)

All right...  Talk about Perro getting the short end of the stick.

The first fall went off with only one hitch, at the end.  Perro was on
his game tonight, taking down Pentagon and Psicosis without too many
problems.  Octagon was also hot, and he hit spin kicks on Pentagon
like he was possessed, even taking a grab at the mask!  Octagon
managed to lock Psicosis in the Octaclutch, but Pentagon broke the
pin.  Octagon clotheslined Pentagon out of the ring, but ran right
into Psicosis' fist.  Not just any fist... a loaded fist!  Rudos take
the first fall.  Second fall saw Perro and Octagon form a more
cohesive unit.  Every time the rudos double-teamed one of the
tecnicos, the other one would jump in right away to take care of the
situation.  The battle even spilled over to the outside, where Perro
and Psic got busted open!  Pentagon had the brass knuckles inside the
ring, and took a swing, but missed!  Octagon then connected with a
dropkick, then a flying cross body!  One... two...  Psicosis makes a
run for it, but Perro trips him... THREE!  We're tied up!  Final fall
was filled with action!  Pentagon hit the Asai Moonsault on Octagon...
Perro makes the save!  Flying Legdrop by Psicosis on Octagon...
One... two... Octagon *JUST* manages to get his shoulder up!  Psicosis
and Pentagon set up Octagon for a Doomsday Device-like move... but
Perro breaks it up!  Perro's in the ring!  Everyone's getting knocked
down!  Double Stomp for Pentagon!  Octagon takes Pentagon to the
outside, and they brawl to the back!  Abismo Negro runs out, but Canek
comes out of nowhere and takes him down!  Here comes Mosco...  Negro
Casas heads him off!  Cibernetico...  is taken down by security!  The
crowd's going nuts here... Double Stomp on Psic!  Perro then points at
Cibernetico... a second Double Stomp!  The pinfall is academic!  Perro
and Octagon win!

Two-out-of-three-Falls Match:
Perro Aguayo and Octagon beat Pentagon and Psicosis 2 falls to 1:
x Psicosis beat Octagon via a foreign object in 0:12:53
x Octagon beat Pentagon via a flying cross body press in 0:22:53
x Perro beat Psicosis via the Double Stomp in 0:27:24
Rating: *
(Cibernetico no-showed.)

What a match!  Cibernetico and Perro share a tense staredown as the
program ends, while officials get between them, just to make sure
nothing major happens.

See you at Triplemania!
